Venue sourcing developing a bespoke McDonalds restaurant with the latest functionality , producing a market place for McDonald suppliers to meet franchisees with the latest product development and the social and business programmes.
We were asked to develop three ideas to break the mould of the stereotypical business breakfast to potential and existing advertising clients.
Hiring of Independent coffee shop for the morning.
Guests were offered Barista, croissant and marmalade making classes prior to presentations.
Hiring of a cookery school, guests were divided into groups cooking Japanese, American and traditional English breakfasts. These we then served to their fellow guests.
Omelette Stations, following on from the Omelette Challenge guests were asked to cook several omelettes, including the best and the quickest and judged by a celebrity chef
To arrange 3 prospecting events in Madrid, Frankfurt and London.
5 star quality contemporary venues were required that reflected their brand standards. In addition to the core conference elements break out rooms were developed to show clients key products and developments.
The afternoon involved iPad city treasure hunts where teams had to solve questions on the company’s key products whilst answering city questions and solving interactive puzzles.
Upon completion guests returned to the venue for networking and drinks with entertainment from iPad magicians.
